Payment
To validate your inscription and to confirm your booking at “Dreamsea surf camp”, the total amount or advanced payment of the required services must be paid.
You can find all the bank details in the confirmation letter, which we will send you by e-mail once you fill in the form on our website.
The booking will be considered as valid when the required amount has been transferred to our bank account, and you have received a confirmation e-mail with the booking details.
For payments by credit card we accept visa and mastercard cards.
Conditions
All personal details are compulsory on the registration form.
The participants minimum age is 18 years old. Unless traveling with an adult.
Dreamsea surf camp reserves the right to make modifications, but only if these modifications do not change the essential services or due to unexpected and uncontrollable situations.
Booking variations depend on availability and they may involve a surcharge depending on the price of the new dates/inclusions. You will receive a booking modification once the surcharge is paid. In case the weekly price increase or decrease, the difference must be paid respectively from one part or another.
Images of your stay at Dreamsea surf camp are only used for publicity or promotional purposes as the website, flyers, brochures and social media.
Customers must be physically fit and capable to swim. The client confirms that from a medical point of view, there is nothing that prevents him/her from going surfing or bodyboarding. We require that you communicate us any relevant medical aspects: allergies, disabilities, medical incapacities etc.
The transfer service is subject to availability. We recommend you to ask for this service when you fill out the online booking form or as soon as possible. The transfer price will be paid together with the booking. Do not forget that this price is for one way and per person.
Each customer is responsible for the Dreamsea surf camp equipment during its use and accepts the responsibility to replace it in case of loss or serious damage by inappropriate use of it. The customer has to pay the lost or damaged equipment which automatically becomes the customer’s property.
The excursions and trips we offer are not included in the total camp price. They depend on a minimum number of participants and availability. These reasons can lead to a cancellation of the previous.
Cancellations
The cancellation will be valid the day we receive it.
– We will refund you 100% of the total paid amount when the cancellation is made two months before the start.
– We will keep 25% of the total amount and refund the rest of the paid amount when the cancellation is made within one and two months before the starting.
– We will keep 50% of the total amount and refund the rest of the paid amount (if applicable) when cancellations are produced until two weeks before the starting.
– Within less than two weeks before the start, we do not refund. We recommend you to contract travel insurance.
Dreamsea Cancellation Insurance
Insurance Purchase: Our insurance, priced at 5 USD per reserved night, can only be purchased at the time of booking.
Coverage: The insurance covers cancellations made before your scheduled arrival at Dreamsea. During your stay, it will provide coverage only in cases of major causes, including illness, accidents, or injuries.
Exclusions: The insurance does not extend coverage to transfer services for cancellations made less than 2 weeks in advance.
Responsibilities
Dreamsea surf camp does not accept any responsibilities or any refunds in the following circumstances.
– When the client is responsible for the incorrect delivery of the services.
– When the defective services are due to third parties or they occur in an unpredictable manner.
– When the services cannot be provided, due to conditions beyond the control of the company. These are unusual and unpredictable conditions which could result in unexpected consequences such as natural disasters or meteorological aspects etc.
– When the incorrect delivery of the services is caused by happenings at Dreamsea surf camp, even though all the diligences are taken, but they still could neither be predicted nor prevented.
– When any happening could occur before and after the course hours.
– Clients have to listen to the instructions of our staff and to follow Dreamsea surf camp regulations. In case of not doing so and behaving irresponsible, the company will take the necessary measures, prior notification, such as the exclusion of the courses.
We offer unique stays inspired by our love for surfing, travel, nature, and connecting with people from around the world. Each of our locations is different, some closer to nature, others with a more hotel-style setting, but all of them share the same spirit: a relaxed, friendly atmosphere and meaningful experiences. We provide a standard level of service designed to match the essence of each location. If guests request additional services that go beyond what is normally included, such as extra cleaning, special dietary options, private transport, or personalized arrangements, an extra fee may apply. These services are subject to availability and must be confirmed by our team in advance.
Insurance
For medical assistance during your stay at Dreamsea surf camp, each client ought to have:
– Medical card and insurance (or)
– Contract a travel insurance

Pago
Para validar tu inscripción y confirmar tu reserva en Dreamsea Surf Camp, deberá abonarse el importe total o el pago anticipado correspondiente a los servicios contratados.
Encontrarás todos los datos bancarios en la carta de confirmación que te enviaremos por correo electrónico una vez completes el formulario de nuestra página web.
La reserva se considerará confirmada cuando el importe requerido haya sido transferido a nuestra cuenta bancaria y hayas recibido un correo electrónico de confirmación con los detalles de la reserva.
Para pagos con tarjeta de crédito aceptamos Visa y Mastercard.
Condiciones
Todos los datos personales solicitados en el formulario de inscripción son obligatorios.
La edad mínima de los participantes es de 16 años. Los menores de edad deberán presentar una autorización paterna o materna. Dicha autorización deberá estar cumplimentada, firmada y enviada al menos una semana antes de la llegada.
Dreamsea Surf Camp se reserva el derecho de realizar modificaciones, siempre que estas no afecten a los servicios esenciales o sean consecuencia de situaciones imprevistas e incontrolables.
Las modificaciones de la reserva estarán sujetas a disponibilidad y podrán conllevar un suplemento en función del precio de las nuevas fechas o servicios contratados. Recibirás la confirmación de la modificación una vez abonado el importe correspondiente. En caso de que el precio semanal aumente o disminuya, la diferencia deberá ser abonada o reembolsada según corresponda.
Las imágenes tomadas durante tu estancia en Dreamsea Surf Camp podrán utilizarse con fines publicitarios o promocionales en nuestra página web, folletos, catálogos y redes sociales.
Los clientes deben encontrarse en buena condición física y saber nadar. El cliente confirma que, desde el punto de vista médico, no existe ninguna condición que le impida practicar surf o bodyboard. Es obligatorio comunicar cualquier información médica relevante, como alergias, discapacidades o limitaciones médicas.
El servicio de traslado está sujeto a disponibilidad. Recomendamos solicitarlo al completar el formulario de reserva online o lo antes posible. El importe del traslado deberá abonarse junto con la reserva. Ten en cuenta que el precio indicado corresponde a un trayecto y por persona.
Cada cliente es responsable del material de Dreamsea Surf Camp durante su uso y acepta sustituirlo en caso de pérdida o daños graves ocasionados por un uso inadecuado. El material perdido o dañado deberá ser abonado y pasará a ser propiedad del cliente.
Las excursiones y actividades que ofrecemos no están incluidas en el precio total del campamento. Están sujetas a un número mínimo de participantes y a disponibilidad, por lo que podrán cancelarse.
Se aplicará una tasa administrativa de 5 € a cada reserva gestionada por nuestro equipo de reservas. Esta tasa no se aplicará a las reservas realizadas directamente a través de nuestra página web.
Cancelaciones
La cancelación será efectiva desde el día en que la recibamos.
– Reembolsaremos el 100 % del importe abonado si la cancelación se realiza con más de dos meses de antelación al inicio de la estancia.
– Retendremos el 25 % del importe total y reembolsaremos el resto si la cancelación se realiza entre uno y dos meses antes del inicio.
– Retendremos el 50 % del importe total y reembolsaremos el resto del importe abonado (si corresponde) cuando la cancelación se produzca hasta dos semanas antes del inicio.
– No se realizarán reembolsos para cancelaciones efectuadas con menos de dos semanas de antelación al inicio de la estancia. Recomendamos contratar un seguro de viaje.
Seguro de Cancelación Dreamsea
Contratación del seguro: Nuestro seguro, con un coste de 5 € por noche reservada, solo puede contratarse en el momento de realizar la reserva.
Cobertura: El seguro cubre las cancelaciones realizadas antes de la fecha prevista de llegada a Dreamsea. Durante la estancia, únicamente ofrecerá cobertura en casos de fuerza mayor, como enfermedad, accidente o lesión.
Exclusiones: El seguro no cubre los servicios de traslado cuando la cancelación se realice con menos de dos semanas de antelación.
Responsabilidades
Dreamsea Surf Camp no asumirá ninguna responsabilidad ni realizará reembolsos en las siguientes circunstancias:
– Cuando el cliente sea responsable de la prestación incorrecta de los servicios.
– Cuando los servicios defectuosos sean consecuencia de terceros o se produzcan de manera imprevisible.
– Cuando los servicios no puedan prestarse debido a circunstancias ajenas al control de la empresa, como desastres naturales, condiciones meteorológicas u otras situaciones extraordinarias e imprevisibles.
– Cuando la prestación incorrecta de los servicios se deba a acontecimientos ocurridos en Dreamsea Surf Camp que, aun habiendo actuado con la diligencia debida, no pudieran preverse ni evitarse.
– Cuando cualquier incidente ocurra fuera del horario de los cursos, antes o después de estos.
– Los clientes deberán seguir las instrucciones de nuestro personal y respetar las normas de Dreamsea Surf Camp. En caso de incumplimiento o comportamiento irresponsable, la empresa podrá adoptar las medidas oportunas, previa notificación, incluida la exclusión de las actividades o cursos.
Ofrecemos estancias únicas inspiradas en nuestra pasión por el surf, los viajes, la naturaleza y la conexión entre personas de todo el mundo. Cada uno de nuestros destinos es diferente: algunos están más integrados en la naturaleza y otros ofrecen un ambiente más cercano al de un hotel, pero todos comparten el mismo espíritu de relajación, cercanía y experiencias auténticas. Prestamos un nivel de servicio adaptado a la esencia de cada ubicación. Pago
Para realizar la inscripción y confirmar tu plaza en Dreamsea, debes realizar una transferencia bancaria del importe total o prepago a nuestra cuenta.
Los detalles bancarios para la transferencia, figuran en el e-mail de confirmación de plaza que recibirás por correo electrónico tras rellenar y enviar el formulario online desde nuestra web.
La reserva solo será válida cuando el importe solicitado haya sido transferido a nuestra cuenta bancaria y nosotros te confirmemos con un e-mail la plaza reservada en la fecha seleccionada y los servicios incluidos.
Para pagos mediante tarjeta de crédito, aceptamos tarjetas visa y mastercard.
PREAUTORIZACIÓN: Durante el check-in, solicitaremos una preautorización de una tarjeta de crédito. Consiste en un bloqueo (una retención) de 100 € que se realizará en la tarjeta que el cliente disponga (preferiblemente en una tarjeta de crédito). Este bloqueo se realizará en recepción al momento de realizar el check-in y cubrirá la fianza para MASCOTAS y las fianzas para el alquiler de materiales. El desbloqueo se llevará a cabo a partir de las 15:00 h del día del check-out.
Condiciones
El registro de los datos personales de cada participante es obligatorio.
La edad mínima de los participantes es 18 años. A no ser que vayan acompañados de adultos.
Información importante para familias con niños:
Por motivos de seguridad, los niños deben alojarse en la misma tienda que sus padres (debido a los acantilados, senderos y la zona de la piscina).
Las tiendas están diseñadas para brindar comodidad, pero no son insonorizadas; pedimos a todas las familias que respeten el ambiente tranquilo del campamento.
Dreamsea no dispone de áreas de juegos ni de entretenimiento para niños, por lo que se requiere la supervisión de los padres en todo momento.
Al compartir la tienda con los padres: Niños menores de 6 años se alojan sin cargo. El desayuno para niños es opcional por 12 €/día. Niños de 7 a 12 años: 30 € por noche (desayuno incluido). Se puede añadir un máximo de un colchón extra por tienda.
Dreamsea surf camp se reserva el derecho de realizar cambios, siempre y cuando no se alteren los servicios esenciales ofertados, debido a situaciones imprevistas o ajenas a la empresa.
El cambio en una reserva sólo se hará efectivo bajo disponibilidad. En caso de que el precio aumente respecto a la reserva previa, se deberá abonar la diferencia, en caso de que disminuya, Dreamsea se compromete a abonar la diferencia.
Permiso para la utilización de imágenes tomadas durante la participación en las lecciones impartidas por Dreamsea surf camp con fines promocionales o publicitarios de la empresa: página web, publicidad y redes sociales.
Se requiere el buen estado físico, ser capaz de nadar y no presentar inconvenientes físicos aparentes para la realización de las clases de surf o bodyboard. Asimismo, rogamos nos comuniquen cualquier aspecto médico a tener en cuenta: alergias, antecedentes médicos importantes, etc.
El servicio de transfer se realizará bajo disponibilidad, por lo que te recomendamos que nos lo hagas saber en el momento de rellenar el formulario de reserva o con la mayor brevedad posible para reservarte plaza. El importe del servicio de transfer se abonará junto con el resto de la reserva. No olvides que este importe es por persona y trayecto.
El cliente debe hacerse responsable del cuidado del material de Dreamsea surf camp durante su uso, en caso de pérdida o daño grave del material debido a al uso indebido del mismo por el cliente, este será responsable de sustituir o pagar dicho material. Por lo que dicho material formará parte de sus pertenencias.
Las excursiones u otras salidas organizadas por Dreamsea Surf que figuran en nuestra publicidad, no se encuentran incluidas en el precio del surf camp. Se encuentran supeditadas a un número mínimo de inscripciones y a compatibilidad de fechas. Por lo que es posible la cancelación o no realización de las mismas por alguno de estos motivos.
Cancelaciones
La cancelación será válida el día de su recepción.
– Se realizará la devolución del 100% del importe total pagado, cuando la cancelación se produzca con 2 semanas o más de antelación a la fecha de comienzo.
– Con menos de 2 semanas de antelación, no se realizarán devoluciones. Recomendamos la contratación de un seguro de cancelación de viaje, por si se viera obligado a anularlo antes del inicio del mismo.
Seguro de Cancelación Dreamsea
Compra del Seguro: Nuestro seguro, con un precio de 10€ por noche reservada, solo puede adquirirse en el momento de la reserva.
Cobertura: El seguro cubre cancelaciones realizadas hasta 24 horas antes de la llegada (es decir, antes de las 15:00 del día anterior al check-in). Una vez iniciada la estancia, solo se aplicará en casos excepcionales como enfermedad grave, accidente o lesión.
Exclusiones: El seguro no extiende la cobertura a los servicios de traslado para cancelaciones hechas con menos de 2 semanas de anticipación.
Responsabilidades
Dreamsea surf camp no aceptará responsabilidades ni devoluciones en las siguientes circunstancias:
– Cuando el cliente sea el culpable del defecto en la prestación del servicio.
– Cuando los defectos en la prestación del servicio sean imputables a un tercero, ajeno a Dreamsea surf camp, y se produzcan de forma imprevista.

Payment
To validate your inscription and to confirm your booking at “Dreamsea surf camp”, the total amount or advanced payment of the required services must be paid.
You can find all the bank details in the confirmation letter, which we will send you by e-mail once you fill in the form on our website.
The booking will be considered as valid when the required amount has been transferred to our bank account, and you have received a confirmation e-mail with the booking details.
For payments by credit card we accept visa and mastercard cards.
Conditions
All personal details are compulsory on the registration form.
The participants’ minimum age is 18 years old. Minors have to come with a parent/tutor or an adult with parental consent, responsible for the minors assisting to the surf camp.
Dreamsea surf camp reserves the right to make modifications, but only if these modifications do not change the essential services or due to unexpected and uncontrollable situations.
Booking variations depend on availability and they may involve a surcharge depending on the price of the new dates/inclusions. You will receive a booking modification once the surcharge is paid. In case the weekly price increase or decrease, the difference must be paid respectively from one part or another.
Images of your stay at Dreamsea surf camp are only used for publicity or promotional purposes as the website, flyers, brochures and social media.
Customers must be physically fit and capable to swim. The client confirms that from a medical point of view, there is nothing that prevents him/her from going surfing or bodyboarding. We require that you communicate us any relevant medical aspects: allergies, disabilities, medical incapacities etc.
The transfer service is subject to availability. We recommend you to ask for this service when you fill out the online booking form or as soon as possible. The transfer price will be paid together with the booking. Do not forget that this price is for one way and per person.
Each customer is responsible for the Dreamsea surf camp equipment during its use and accepts the responsibility to replace it in case of loss or serious damage by inappropriate use of it. The customer has to pay the lost or damaged equipment which automatically becomes the customer’s property.
The excursions and trips we offer are not included in the total camp price. They depend on a minimum number of participants and availability. These reasons can lead to a cancellation of the previous.
An administration fee of 5€ will be charged to each booking made by our booking department team. This fee won’t be charged for bookings made through our website.
Cancellations
The cancellation will be valid the day we receive it.
– We will refund you 100% of the total paid amount when the cancellation is made two months before the start.
– We will keep 25% of the total amount and refund the rest of the paid amount when the cancellation is made within one and two months before the starting.
– We will keep 50% of the total amount and refund the rest of the paid amount (if applicable) when cancellations are produced until two weeks before the starting.
– Within less than two weeks before the start, we do not refund. We recommend you to contract travel insurance.
Dreamsea Cancellation Insurance
Insurance Purchase: Our insurance, priced at 5€ per reserved night, can only be purchased at the time of booking.
Coverage: The insurance covers cancellations made before your scheduled arrival at Dreamsea. During your stay, it will provide coverage only in cases of major causes, including illness, accidents, or injuries.
Exclusions: The insurance does not extend coverage to transfer services for cancellations made less than 2 weeks in advance.
Transfer Service
For our transfer service:
– Won’t be refunded with cancellations with less than 1 week in advance, even when having the cancellation insurance from Dreamsea.
– Modifications of time/date or location with less than 1 week depends on availability and may involve extra costs with a maximum of the price of both transfer services.
Responsibilities
Dreamsea surf camp does not accept any responsibilities or any refunds in the following circumstances.
– When the client is responsible for the incorrect delivery of the services.
– When the defective services are due to third parties or they occur in an unpredictable manner.
– When the services cannot be provided, due to conditions beyond the control of the company. These are unusual and unpredictable conditions which could result in unexpected consequences such as natural disasters or meteorological aspects etc.
– When the incorrect delivery of the services is caused by happenings at Dreamsea surf camp, even though all the diligences are taken, but they still could neither be predicted nor prevented.
– When any happening could occur before and after the course hours.
– Clients have to listen to the instructions of our staff and to follow Dreamsea surf camp regulations. In case of not doing so and behaving irresponsible, the company will take the necessary measures, prior notification, such as the exclusion of the courses.
