Your business is about fun, social interaction and personal growth. You will be primarily responsible for managing a socially safe environment where everyone can enjoy a diverse catalogue of activities that project the company's core values. It is about creating the right context for guests and staff to feel motivated to participate. You will be in charge of running the activities, managing the space where they take place, setting up and removing the sets for these activities. Your job starts on Saturday, welcoming our guests, where you will give them a tour explaining the most important aspects of the camp, as well as showing them their tents. During the rest of the week, you will be in charge of managing the different activities and events that will take place at the camp, as well as the tours or excursions that will be held. It is your responsibility to design and plan a weekly plan adapted to the profile of our guests and the needs of the camp. Always taking into account the schedules of the main camp and the schedules of Yoga and Surf. The activities must be attractive for the Staff and for the guests, the objective is that the Staff gets involved and enjoys them. If we manage to involve the staff, this will be a success. Apart from the different tasks related to the activities, you will have other responsibilities such as stock control and entertainment storage. The most important thing here is that you have a good time, enjoy it and are able to transmit this to the rest of the team and our guests. Our mission will be during each week, to build a community of diverse people where through our intervention we manage to integrate everyone who wants to, in activities related to sports, nature, creativity, and social interaction. Our head of Entertainment and your own manager will guide you and give you all the necessary material so that you are clear about the dynamics, activities and everything you need to enjoy this position. Related to this position there are two important concepts that affect the whole team: As member of the team You are hosts and ambassadors of Dreamsea in charge of creating the atmosphere together with all their colleagues that will make sure that no one will ever want to leave the camp again. We need and are interested in people who want to come and enjoy this experience to the fullest. It is important for the development of the season or the time you are going to share with us to support your colleagues with love and kindness and to maintain a fluid and honest communication with the Management team. The sense of community and the spirit of friendliness are the basis of the atmosphere we want to build in our camps and for this we select people whose motivation is based on two important concepts. *Guest attention: Showing curiosity and interest in our guests, interacting with them in the different activities. The role of driver is a simple job that you can enjoy chatting or DJing for our guests, but it requires responsibility and punctuality. As department head it will be your responsibility to organize the different shuttles throughout the day, coordinating the rest of the drivers, making sure the vehicles are available and in good condition. You will also be in charge of taking our guests to their destination always projecting an appropriate image on the road. This could be shuttles to the beach in the locations that require it. Transfers to the airport, trips to other transportation services, or other tasks such as shopping or other responsibilities that require travel. You will be given a weekly or daily plan that you will have to follow in detail, taking care to provide the service with the vehicle ready and in the best conditions. Another essential task will be to take care of the maintenance of the vehicles so that they are always ready for a ride.

You are the Head and Responsible for everything related to the back office tasks and camp booking process. Is also the person in charge of all administrative services, accounting, and direct supervision of the reception department. This position manages the booking process related to the camp, and leads the reception team in the daily tasks in coordination with the rest of the areas of the camp. As responsible for the booking process of the camp, they are primarily responsible for kindly assisting all guests with their booking process in the first steps: Listening and responding to guests' inquiries and requests by phone or email. Informing and orienting guests about Dreamsea products and services. Making all the information available to them so that when they arrive at the camp, they have the best possible experience in coordination with the reception team. Manage reservations: create/modify/cancel reservations with our internal software. Resolve any problems that may arise with reservations, and also support and assist the receptionists in the reservations department to answer any kind of questions from guests. You are also in charge of directing, assisting, and training receptionists in relation to the reservations department and the rest of the camp services. You will keep the head of the reservations department informed whenever necessary about issues related to the department, and inform the camp manager also on issues related to available information and camp services. The Head of reception is in charge of all the details related to the information and administrative management of the camp. This person receives information, processes it, and filters it to the other departments to provide the rest of the team with all the information they need. This position takes care of every detail, regarding the preparation and coordination of the arrivals-departures process.

General Manager

You are the leader of the group and the person who will set the working environment. As well as the maximum responsible for the proper functioning of the Camp and supervising each department in terms of satisfaction and quality of services. The general manager is the highest figure in terms of responsibility and leadership, being able to involve the whole team in the project in a friendly way, generating satisfaction at all levels. It is important to be clear that as a leader, you are the example for your team, with whom you must maintain a close and healthy relationship, projecting the values that we promote in the company. There is a youth environment that revolves around the Surfing culture of which you should be aware, where listening and communication skills are necessary. All of this always cultivates a sense of community and fosters diversity with an empathetic and assertive attitude. As general manager his mission is based on three basic pillars: -The experience of our guests. -The experience of our staff. -The relationship with the local environment and the main Camp. Our goal is to build a place where everyone can have a good time. Where they can feel included, inspired, and respected. Where personal and community development is encouraged every week with the same energy and clarity. Your primary mission will be to make sure that both your staff and the guests who come each week have the most authentic and memorable summer of their lives.
