LEVEL 0
THE BASIC
Suitable for first-time surfers or for those who have surfed a few times before, but wish to get the right technique from the beginning in order to progress faster. Strong bases make better surfers!
LEVEL 1
THE PATTERNS
Have had beginners surf lessons in the past. Feel comfortable with the basics surf techniques like paddling and stand up. Be able to catch, balance and stand comfortably on broken waves without assistance. Be able to catch occasional green small waves.
LEVEL 2
THE DETAILS
Have good board control and balancing skills. Be able to catch waves to both sides – left & right – and perform front and back side trim lines. Have good fitness and swimming skills.

From our breakfast to our cozy family dinners, we take pride in serving delicious, healthy homemade meals, accommodating dietary preferences such as vegetarian and vegan. Upon request, we also provide a gluten-free menu for those with intolerances (not suitable for allergies). Our daily menu includes a self service breakfast, a convenient lunch after a day of surfing, and dinner. We use fresh and locally sourced ingredients, showcasing Portuguese flavors while also incorporating international cuisine.

By Train
You can catch a train at Rossio Station, Lisbon center, which connects directly to Sintra. It depart regularly, usually every 10-20 minutes, and the journey takes around 40 minutes. It's an efficient mode of transport. You can check the Rossio Train Station link for more info. We offer pick up service from Sintraβs station. Check our transfer price list.
By Bus
There are buses available from different locations in Lisbon to Sintra. You can catch a bus from Sete Rios or from the train station in Rossio. The bus journey might take a bit longer than the train, depending on the traffic, but it's another viable option.
By Taxi
Thereβs always the taxi option. It cost around 35 to 40 euros and it might take 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the traffic.
By Car
If you are coming by rental car, have free parking space at the surf house.
